Welcome to my website. I have been a Virginia State Certified Appraiser since 1996, and F.H.A. approved since 1997.
I specialize in the Independent City of Richmond, and the Counties of Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico, and Powhatan.
For Lenders, I offer competitive pricing and turnaround time, while never sacrificing quality.
For Attorneys and Accountants, I offer accurate appraisals for divorce or estate purposes, as well as court testimony. I earned a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Real Estate from V.C.U. in 1999.
I also consult for Sellers and/or Realtors to price unique or difficult properties, factoring in current market conditions.
Ten percent of my income goes to help animals through several charities.
